Amanda Holden looks glam for boozy online ‘girls night in’ with Lisa Faulkner, Angela Griffin and Sarah Parish

Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden did not let the coronavirus pandemic ruin her Friday night and elected to dress up in a glamorous outfit to have drinks with her friends on video chat.

The radio presenter and actress posted a picture of herself in a gold lame dress and heels while brandishing a bottle of Dom Pérignon. She captioned the picture: “#cocktails with the #girls tonight #zoom in. No need to drop standards! #wecandothis #socialdistancing." [sic]

The star was clearly keen to make an effort for her Zoom video chat session with friends including chef Lisa Faulkner and actresses Angela Griffin and Sarah Parish.

She later shared a photo of the Zoom session complete with a large glass of bubbly. The girl gang each smiled into their cameras as Lisa, 48, took the snap on her smartphone.

Amanda captioned the picture: "My girls. What a lovely night. I appreciate them even more than I did before. To be honest ..I appreciate so much more than I did before… #wecandoit." [sic]

Lisa also shared the same photo of the group of girls, but with the caption: "Oh how lovely to have a Friday night glass of wine with the girls!!! you are a tonic.” [sic] She then tagged her friends.

Since the coronavirus outbreak spread, Amanda has been forced to present her radio show on Heart FM from home.

Speaking on air she also recently revealed that Britain's Got Talent could experience severe delays due to the pandemic. Although the auditions were filmed in January and February they will have to hold off on the live shows until the virus outbreak slows.

She said: "We got the call over the weekend and I think it’s for the best. I mean I think that Ant and Dec did an amazing job of [Saturday Night] Takeaway on Saturday but I’m not sure our show, I think our show would suffer quite badly from not having a proper audience.

"So yes we have heard it’s the Autumn. I would say I would say it might be later than September but it’s quite a competitive time of year as well."
