Emmerdale cast favourite Charley Webb, 33, has revealed that her house becomes the centre of attention when Halloween comes around. The Debbie Dingle actress, who shares sons Buster, 11, Bowie, five, and Ace, two, with husband Matthew Wolfenden, 41, hinted her decorations for the spooky season tend to divide onlookers.

She explained in a new interview: “We always go all out for Halloween.

“We decorate the house and people even drive past to see it.

“We’re that house that you say, ‘Oh my word, do they need to go that far?’

“We had decorations that made noises as people approached the door and we had a smoke machine, too,” she added to OK! Magazine.

It comes after the soap star shared several snaps of her Halloween festivities in view of her 519,000 Instagram followers last week.

Charley and her young family stunned fans with their frightening make-up for the occasion.

Buster was dressed as the Joker, while his brother Bowie seemed to be in a Ghostbusters inspired outfit.

The couple’s youngest son Ace was pictured clutching onto a chocolate apple while looking adorable in a pumpkin costume.

Charley opted for skeleton-inspired make-up, while her husband and fellow Emmerdale star Matthew looked terrifying as his forehead featured a painted zip to reveal a gory brain.

She captioned the snaps: “HaPpY HaLlOwEeN from our gang to yours,” alongside a ghost emoji.

The actress previously gave fans a tour of her home, which was covered in pumpkins and ghosts.

“We’re getting ready for Halloween in this house,” she revealed in a video.

She had added an inflatable archway resembling that of a haunted house.

Charley ended her clip with a skeletal soothsayer who spookily cackled as she walked up to it.

It comes after the star was left “fuming” as none of the Trick or Treaters had been “scared” by her themed decorations back in 2019.

She said at the time: “So the big kids have gone Trick or Treating and I have been answering the door like this…”

Charley then showed off her spooky skeleton mask, which she wore to greet visitors in honour of the terrifying occasion.

She continued: “Asked every single kid if I scared them. No, not scared one kid.

“We really go to town with our decorations, we make it really scary, really Halloween-y.

“No one’s scared. Fuming.”
