Gabrielle Union Just Posted a Sexy Bikini Pic and Her Abs Look Incredible

Gabrielle Union is one of those celebrities who seems to be aging in reverse. The 46-year-old America’s Got Talent judge not only has a glowing complexion (which she credits to plenty of sleep, water, and simple skincare routine), but she hits the gym often to keep her body toned and strong. And yeah, it shows.

Union recently posted an adorable Instagram photo of her next to her husband Dwayne Wade on vacation, and the two have never looked better. Smiling wide on a boat with a beautiful Italian seascape in the background, Union stuns in a knit navy and gold Manie One bikini—and her abs look incredible. Wade also enjoys a swig of wine…and I’m just wondering how I can get an invite?!

Married in 2014, Union and Wade serve up serious fitness inspiration as a couple. Wade is a former professional basketball player, and Union hits the gym because she knows how important it is for her health. “I have a family history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, and I know that can lead to an early death,” she told Women’s Health in a 2017 interview. “I work out not because I get off on it, but because I want to live!”

The two exercise regularly at Heart and Hustle Gym in Los Angeles. In early July, Union shared her full-body workout while she pushed through an intense total-body workout.

The routine included an elliptical warmup, some time on the stair master, and tricep work using cables. Next, she went straight into lower body exercises, with a series of deadlifts and lunges using kettlebells, barbells, and even finished off with sled pushes and a round of planks using a stability ball.

Union emphasizes that her motivations for exercise go way beyond the physical benefits: “There are times I work out for a job or specific athletic goals but usually I work out to maintain my peace,” she wrote in a February Instagram post. “Many times I’ve cried as my fears and anxiety leave my body. For me, I’m always working out my spirit and exercising my soul.”

There are times I workout for a job or specific athletic goals but usually I workout to maintain my peace. Sometimes i grunt, grimace, scream…many times I’ve cried while training. I’ve cried due to frustration. I’ve cried from physical pain. Many times I’ve cried as my fears and anxiety leave my body. For me, I’m always working out my spirit and exercising my soul. This morning felt like the end of a week of taking Ls, but today I got up and reminded myself that even when I lose, I win because I’m committed to learning and evolving. To anyone struggling with things we can’t control and even things we can… sending you love and light.
