What to expect from ‘RHONY’ star Dorinda Medley’s new SiriusXM show

Dorinda Medley is taking her witty one-liners to radio with her new SiriusXM show “Make It Nice.”

The “Real Housewives of New York City” star told Page Six she wanted to get on the airwaves because it gave her the same feeling as when she first appeared on TV.

“Not to brag, but the minute that camera went on for ‘Housewives,’ I liked the camera and the camera liked me,” she said Thursday. “I put on those earphones and I’m like, ‘This s—t’s good.’ I’m very good at talking to people and I love doing that, because I like people.”

The six-episode series will run on Radio Andy weekly starting May 29, and will feature the “Housewife” talking about everything from mother-daughter relationships to dealing with grief to tips for throwing a party. She will also take questions from callers.

After announcing her show via Twitter on Tuesday, Medley said she received congratulations from fellow “Housewives” Ramona Singer, Bethenny Frankel, and Sonja Morgan. Tinsley Mortimer and Luann de Lesseps did not reach out.

“Ramona was like, ‘You’re going to be great. You’re going to be fantastic,’” Medley shared. “Bethenny was like, ‘This is great. This will be a walk in the park. This suits your personality.’”

“I haven’t heard from Tinsley at all, but that’s nothing new. We never hear from Tinsely,” she added, while excusing de Lesseps due to her recent legal troubles because the Countess “has got a lot on her plate.”

Medley said she hasn’t decided if any of her cast mates will be guests on her radio show, but the reality star has lined up other familiar faces to join, including her daughter Hannah Lynch, her sister Melinda and her longtime boyfriend John Mahdessian.

“Of course we’re going to have sultan of stains and the maverick of fabric on,” Medley said of Mahdessian, who runs the dry cleaning business Madame Paulette. “He’s very excited. He thinks he’s going to take over the whole show. He’s like, ‘Wait till I get on the show and talk about my stains.’”

Her dream guest, however, is “Housewives” super-fan Chrissy Teigen.

“I’m obsessed with her cooking videos, because they’re like my cooking videos — they’re real!” Medley said. “I would like to do a cooking, entertainment thing with her. That would be my dream.”
