Chiranjeevi undergoes minor surgery on median nerve of right hand wrist

Megastar Chiranjeevi’ success story has spanned over decades. Despite his stardom,  Chiru remains humble and continues to inspire the new generation with his cinematic and philanthropic work.  Chiru started his acting career with Punadirallu  which was released in 1978, but Pranam Khareedu turned out to be the first drama that released in theatres. In 1978, Manavoori Pandavulu brought him recognition as an actor.  After a long gap, he made his comeback in the acting filed with Khaidi No 150 which was a superhit at the box office and later he came up with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Now according to the latest report, recently Chiru underwent a minor surgery on the median nerve of his right hand wrist.  He  was spotted wearing a supportive gear on his right hand at a special meeting with his fans at Chiranjeevi Blood Bank on Sunday.

When Chiranjeevi fans asked him about the surgery, to which he said, he had been experiencing severe pain and numbness on his right hand.

Apparently, the doctor had informed Chiranjeevi that the median nerve of his right hand wrist was causing the pain due to the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and they suggested a minor surgery.

On the work front, Chiranjeevi will be seen playing the lead role in Acharya and recently he joined the sets of  Godfather. But after the surgery, megastar is taking a break from   the shoot and he will resume it in November.
