JC Prabhakar tests Positive for Coronavirus  in Kadapa Jail

The top TDP leader MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy has got Coronavirus infection while in prison. Recently, K Atchannaidu tested positive for Covid-19 and he was admitted to Ramesh Hospital in Guntur. Now,  TDP leader and former MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy has also tested positive for Coronavirus in Kadapa Central Jail.

Inmates at Kadapa jail underwent  Coronavirus tests, and 317 of them tested positive for covid-19. Reports suggest that there are 700 inmates in Kadapa jail. Out of which 317 of them got corona +ive. The prisoners have reportedly got infected with a remand prisoner. All these affected people are getting health treatment in prison itself by making special provisions.

Prabhakar Reddy was put in jail for the second time. First, he was remanded in the illegal registration of buses.  He was  accused in the sale of BS-III vehicles as BS-IV ones, but  had come out on conditional bail.  Later Anantapur police had booked fresh cases against Prabhakar Reddy and his son under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and also under SC/ST Atrocities Act for obstructing the duties of a police officer and abusing him in filthy language at the Tadipatri checkpost.

Kadapa police also filed cases against Prabhakar Reddy and his son under Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, for violating the Covid-19 at the Kadapa central jail, where he tried to take out a huge procession of the Telugu Desam Party workers and followers. With the custody ended on Sunday, Prabhakar Reddy was shifted to Kadapa central prison where he tested positive for coronavirus.
