Prudhvi Raj : I apologize to Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and Naga Babu

Known for his comic roles, Prudhvi Raj acted in more than 100 movies. Prudhvi Raj is noted for his role of “30 Years Industry”, in Krishna ‘directorial venture Khadgam which was released in 2002. He was nominated as chairman of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel in 2019. In January 2020, his Audiotape recording with a female employee of SVBC TV channel went viral in YouTube and SVBC employees protested urging him to resign from his post as the chairman of the channel.

Following which  the Telugu actor Prudhvi Raj resigned as chairman of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel.   Recently during the media interaction, the actor and politician Prudhvi Raj has apologized for his comments against the Mega family members including megastar Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and Naga Babu.

Prudhvi Raj  said, “Getting the post was a god’s blessing for me and I too do a lot of hard work but I had a lesson. I said a few words incorrectly at the time. Even knowing that I was with opposite party, megastar Chiranjeevi encouraged me giving a role in his  historiuc drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddymovie. When all my dear ones left me, the Telugu  film industry  including mega family stood behind me.

He concluded it by saying that he would like to apologize to megastar Chiranjeevi, Naga Babu,  Jana Sena Chief and actor Pawan Kalyan, and all the mega family heroes.
