Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Disagreement between family lawyer Vikas Gupta and AIIMS chief Sudhir Gupta over cause of death, say reports

Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise is being investigated by the CBI. The agency had sent the medical report to AIIMS, which said it would provide a conclusive report that would leave no space for ambiguity. Now, the report has been delayed by the medical body. It seems they are waiting for some report from the Central Forensic Science Laboratory. Delhi, which is a part of the CBI. Today, Vikas Singh who is the lawyer of late Sushant Singh Rajput’s family tweeted, “Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.”

As per a report in Times Now, Dr Sudhir Gupta who is heading the medical probe has spoken to the channel. He has said that no opinion can be formed by just seeing the marks. He is saying that people should be patient, as the team will corroborate information from the CFSL and come to a conclusion. Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister tweeted, “We have been so patient for so long! How long will it take to find the truth?”

Vikas Singh has claimed that when he initially showed the pics to Dr Sudhir Gupta, he said that it looked like 200 per cent murder. It seems the family might change the FIR to Section 302, which is one of murder. Dr Subramaniam Swamy has also spoken about it saying that the ambit of the case has increased hugely in the past few days.

The actor was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020. Since then, people are collectively asking for a fair enquiry in the matter. Rhea Chakraborty is lodged in the Byculla Women’s Prison by NCB.
