Emmerdale airs fears for Dawn as Harriet and Will make alarming discovery

Emmerdale’s Harriet Finch is left concerned for stepdaughter Dawn next week, as she fears the troubled character will suffer a drug relapse.

Dawn is in despair, after Harriet learned the truth about who was behind her horrific stalker ordeal.

Harriet’s ex Will, Dawn’s dad, has been terrorising Harriet and even attacked her once it was confirmed he was out to get her, with the help of Dawn.

Dawn was reluctantly helping her father, who everyone thought had died, years on from undercover cop Harriet setting him up and getting him sent to prison.

Now, following Harriet learning what really went on, Dawn remains in despair fearing she’s lost her for good.

The character had finally got her life on track, recovering from a drug addiction with Harriet’s help, but next week there’s concern she could relapse.

Dawn returns to the village and tells Harriet she doesn’t want to lose her and that she needs her, leaving her stunned and conflicted.

She’s not sure she can let her back into her life, unaware Dawn could be headed for a downward spiral after recent events.

Harriet then receives a visit from dangerous ex Will leaving her unnerved, but it’s what he has to say that leaves her more concerned.

She grows worried for Dawn when Will admits she’s not doing well since leaving the village, and that she’s in a bad way.

They both feel to blame for Dawn’s turmoil, and Harriet is forced to confront Will despite everything that has happened.

With their shared hatred near boiling point, will they be able to put their differences aside for Dawn’s sake?

Viewers will have to stay tuned to see whether she will relapse, or whether her dad and Harriet can help her.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
