A$AP Rocky’s Attacker in Sweden Will Not Be Charged, Rapper Still in Custody

The man who attacked rapper A$AP Rocky and his crew is not going to be charged with any crime.

Prosecutors in Sweden believe that the man acted in self-defense when he attacked Rocky‘s bodyguard, according to TMZ. They claim that the man was “pushed and lifted by his neck,” though videos that are online don’t show this happening.

The bodyguard has also been cleared of any wrongdoing, so people are questioning why the attacker needed to act in “self-defense” in the first place.

The Swedish prosecutors have reportedly said Rocky is going to be charged with aggravated assault and he faces six years in prison if convicted. Charges are expected to be filed on Thursday.

President Trump has been trying to help free Rocky, but the Swedish government reportedly is not listening to his requests.
