Bigg Boss is undoubtedly the favourite reality show of India. Since the first season, the show’s popularity has grown immensely over the years. The 14th season has begun and still, the excitement level is high amongst fans. We have seen so many seasons but Bigg Boss 13 is the favourite of most. Yes, the previous season was a huge hit and it was also the longest one. It had received great numbers on the TRP charts and it wouldn’t be wrong to say that no other season has done so well as the last one had. So many records were broken last season and each contestant achieved immense popularity. Be it, Dalljiet Kaur, to Sidharth Shukla, each person had her/his separate fan-base. We also had the maximum number of wild card entries last time and they, too, became famous in no time. The craze for season 13 on social media was just amazing and even today we see the previous season’s hashtags trending on Twitter like #Sidnaaz, #Pahira, #AsiManshi, #Sidhearts, #Asimforthewin, #Devoshami.
However, last season also saw some crazy hashtags trending. They sounded really ridiculous and made us crack up on many occasions. Fans had done everything possible to make their favourites look good and trolled their rivals mercilessly, but such hashtags themselves became the butt of all jokes. Take a look at these five hashtags that were really hilarious:
#MainBhiAsimKiGF was created by female fans of Asim Riaz after actress Sonal Vengurlekar said that he already has a girlfriend outside. The young man had been under immense scrutiny after Vikas Gupta raised the topic of him having a girlfriend outside the house. It was reported that he was dating Shruti Tuli but has not shared about his relationship with anyone.
This hashtag was created by Shehnaaz Gill and Shehbaaz Gill’s fans after Paras’ fight with the latter. Fans said that Paras was a pappu and was living on his girlfriend’s money.
This one was related to Paras Chhabra as Shehbaaz Gill had taken up the topic of Paras living off Akanksha Puri’s money for a long time. Shehbaaz had entered the show just for a week and fans left no stone unturned to troll him.
This hashtag was all about Sidharth Shukla and Rashami Desai’s fight where the former had used the phrase, “Tere Jaisi Ladki”. Rashami was furious after Sidharth said that, and she replied, “Aisi Ladki matlab kaisi?”. Sidharth Shukla’s fans felt that Rashami Desai was overdoing it and hence, started trending #AisiLadki.
This hashtag was invented in season 14 but is ofcourse related to Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill from season 13. In the recent episodes of the show, we saw Sidharth Shukla flirting with Bigg Boss 14 Nikki Tamboli, angry SidNaaz fans started slamming Sidharth for cheating on Shehnaaz. The trolling didn’t go down well with Sidharth’s fans who then began trending a new hashtag called #SidNaazIsACurseForSid. The main purpose of this said hashtag trend was to criticise the fans of SidNaaz who are trying to pull down Sidharth. In a hard-hitting response to SidNaaz fans, hardcore Sidharth fans started trolling Shehnaaz by saying nasty things about her.
