Kate's usually darker hair has a perfect summer hue thanks to the honey highlights that have been artfully placed, not so dissimilar to her autumn style back in October.

"Perfect for these summer days out of lockdown. Like a lot of us I'm sure she feels free finally, it’s nice to honour this with a change in her hair.

"Opting for a fringe is a great way of changing a look with minimal cutting changes. The addition of some shorter face shaping allows the eyes to be drawn into the face more, as the fringe sits on her cheek bones exposing her lovely facial features," the hairdresser said of Kate's gorgeous new layers.

When Kate visited the Natural History Museum last autumn, she debuted her brighter hair style and it seemed she loved the style so much she chose to keep the look.

And even back in July 2018, it appeared Kate had been toying with the idea of getting highlights. When she attended Wimbledon she sported very subtle blonde strips through the front of her hair.
