Check Out The Video For Pop Smoke’s Posthumous ‘Boogie’ Track ‘AP’

A video for late rapper Pop Smoke‘s posthumous track “AP” has been shared. “AP” appears in the soundtrack of movie Boogie, which was released earlier this month.

The visual for “AP” shows behind the scenes clips of Pop Smoke with footage from Boogie and is all brought together with CGI footage paying tribute to the rapper.

Smoke also made his posthumous acting debut in the Eddie Huang-directed Boogie, which tells the coming-of-age story of Queens basketball prodigy Alfred “Boogie” Chin. Smoke plays the character of on-court rival Monk.

Meanwhile, Smoke’s posthumous debut album Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart. All 19 tracks on the album also charted on the Billboard Hot 100 following its first week of release.

The record also became the longest-running album leading the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart since 1990.

Smoke was killed during a home invasion in February 2020 at the age of just 20.
