Fugees Postpone Reunion Tour To Early 2022

The Fugees have postponed their much-awaited 11-date reunion tour to next year.

“Dates for our upcoming Fugees 25th anniversary tour are moving to early 2022 to ensure the best chance that all cities on the tour are fully open so we can perform for as many fans as possible,” the hip-hop band said a statement posted on social media.

They added, “With so much excitement around the reunion tour, we are also happy to announce that we will be adding more cities and dates.”

The Fugees surprise reunion tour was scheduled to begin in Chicago on November 2.

The trio, consisting of Wyclef Jean, Pras Michel, and Lauryn Hill, briefly reunited in New York City on September 22, and played “the Score,” “How Many Mics,” “Zealots,” “Fu-Gee-La,” “Killing Me Softly,” “Ready or Not” and their version of Bob Marley‘s “No Woman No Cry.”

No dates have been announced for what would be the band members’ first tour together in 15 years.
