Stunning star Kelly Brook recently celebrated turning 41, and it’s safe to say the brunette beauty is looking as glamorous as ever.

The star, who recently gushed over longterm boyfriend Jeremy Parisi, told OK! Online she’s “feeling happy” about her body, while detailing how she dropped from a size 16 to a 12 in lockdown.

“I feel happy at a size 12,” the Heart Radio star told us in an exclusive chat, adding that SlimFast has played a big part in her weight loss.

Kelly continued: “When I first started SlimFast I was a size 16, and I was overweight and I needed to lose weight, so I got on the programme.

“I was exercising and sticking to the plan, and I got myself down to a size 12. Then over the first lockdown I kind of saw myself creeping up to a 14, so I was kind of in the middle and I could’ve gone either way.”

However, after being strict with herself and putting her all into SlimFast, Kelly continued to say she’d managed to shed the weight.

“In the summer after we came out of the first lockdown I pressed reset and I was like ‘no stick to the Slim Fast plan’” Kelly continued.

She added: “Now I’m back to a size 12. So I just want to maintain this now, and if I go down to a size ten brilliant and if I don’t then that’s fine.”

The star is famously fond of cooking and often posts delicious looking dishes on her Instagram, making the tummies of her 1.3 million followers rumble.

Kelly admitted cooking and baking have become her “go-to therapy” but admitted it was in part to blame for her weight gain.

The 41 year old explained: “I absolutely love cooking and baking and I think because I cook so much I have to add so much in for it to taste of anything for me and so I’d add more salt than I needed or more sugar and it just became ridiculous.

“I was ordering pizza ovens, ice cream makers, panini makers and I set up a whole café in my kitchen and I had a cappuccino machine.

“I couldn’t go to my local coffee shop and I couldn’t just do the things I’d normally do so I thought well I’m not going to go without, I’ll just create it all in my kitchen, I know what I’m doing.

“The whole diet and SlimFast world just went out of the window for a little bit while I kind of cracked on and tried to come to terms with the fact that maybe I wasn’t going to be allowed out of my house ever again.”

And despite admitting her and boyfriend Jeremy’s guilty pleasure is a “good cheeseburger” Kelly says she prides herself on eating healthily too.

The model added: “On Saturdays I make the SlimFast pancakes, because I do a Saturday breakfast show for Heart, Jeremy will always say before I log on, ‘are we going to have pancakes today?’

“So I always make sure I do the SlimFast pancakes and they’re amazing, so you don’t ever feel like you’re going without. They’re lovely with all different toppings, so I can just have some berries whereas he’ll have honeycomb and all sorts of stuff like chocolate sauce, but I’ll just have some maple syrup and some berries.

“They’re lovely. We’ll have stuff like that which is still within the plan but still feels a little bit naughty.”
