Lenny Kravitz says ex-wife’s husband Jason Momoa is ‘like a brother’

Lenny Kravitz now feels so close to Jason Momoa — who is married to Kravitz’s ex-wife, Lisa Bonet — that he describes their relationship as familial.

In a new interview with the UK’s Times (via Fox News), Kravitz calls his divorce from Bonet in 1993 “very difficult,” but says he and Bonet “put the work in and we took the time so that we could become best friends again. Our families are blended.”

Kravitz, 55, and Bonet, 51 — who were married for six years — share 30-year-old daughter Zoë Kravitz. Bonet and Momoa, 39, have been together since 2005 and have an 11-year-old daughter named Lola and a 10-year-old son named Nakoa Wolf. They secretly tied the knot in October 2018.

“I love her husband — he’s like a brother to me — and I love the kids,” Lenny said, adding: “It’s beautiful, but it takes work.”

Lenny and Momoa, who both attended Zoë’s wedding this summer at Lenny’s Paris home, have been public about their friendship in the past. In late 2018, the gents were photographed wearing matching hand-carved skull rings Momoa bought for them.
