Lok Sabha Elections 2019: News anchor takes Sunny Leone’s name instead of Sunny Deol’s, and her response will make your day | Bollywood Life

All the curiosity of the nation is currently diverted towards the results of the Lok Sabha elections. This time the nation has gone berserk as the results would be out today. And the most excitement could be seen in the newsroom, which has taken a feverish pitch by now. The excitement has become such that one of the news anchors out of enthusiasm goofed up big time on national TV, as he took Sunny Leone’s name instead of Sunny Deol. The Ghayal actor is electing as a Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) candidate from Gurdaspur, Punjab. And the actor is leading the elections by a huge margin!

While a popular TV journalist was discussing the elections and Deol’s lead in his area, he goofed up and out of stress took Sunny Leone’s name. The video of the gaffe has gone viral on social media. Meanwhile, the Splitsvilla host who has shown no political inclination as of now decided to speak up about the entire fiasco. The actress had a really witty response instead. She took to Twitter to tweet saying, “Leading by how many votes?”

Coming back to Sunny Deol, who is electing for the first time, is an ardent follower of BJP’s supremo Narendra Modi. While interacting with the press he had said, “PM Modi has done a lot for the country and I wish that he remains the prime minister for another five years. Our youth needs people like Modiji.”

“The way my father [veteran actor Dharmendra] worked with and supported Atal ji, I am here today to work with and support Modi ji. My work will do the talking,” he added.

Meanwhile, Sunny Leone is currently working on the next season of Splitsvilla. She will make her South Indian debut with Tamil film ‘Veeramadevi’ and Malayalam film ‘Rangeela’ soon.
