The Oscars sees Aaron Sorkin, Paulina Porizkova make debut as a couple

Paulina Porizkova and Aaron Sorkin are official.

The pair made their red carpet debut on Sunday night at the 2021 Oscars. Porizkova, 56, donned a gold gown while Sorkin, 59, wore a classic black tuxedo.

Sorkin was nominated for a best original screenplay for his film “The Trial of the Chicago 7” but lost to “Promising Young Woman” scribe Emerald Fennell. 

According to Page Six, the model and award-winning screenwriter started dating a few months ago.

Porizkova was previously married to Cars lead singer Ric Ocasek. They share two sons Jonathan, 27, and Oliver, 22, and amicably separated in 2017 before Osasek died in 2019.

“Ric was at home recuperating very well after surgery,” the former “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit” model confirmed on Instagram at the time.

“Our two sons, Jonathan and Oliver, and I were making sure he was comfortable, ordering food and watching TV together. I found him still asleep when bringing him his Sunday morning coffee. I touched his cheek to rouse him. It was then I realized that during the night he had peacefully passed on. We, his family and friends, are completely and utterly devastated by his untimely and unexpected death and would appreciate the privacy to mourn in private,” she concluded.

Meanwhile, the “Trial of the Chicago 7” director was married to Julia Bingham. They split in 2005 and share a daughter Roxie together.
