Labourers succumb to injuries

Two labourers, who fell from the fourth floor of an under-construction five-storey building in Yelahanka fourth phase on Wednesday, succumbed to injuries on Thursday.

The deceased are Keshavamurthy, 45, a resident of Nagashettyhalli and Biswajith Raj, 30, hailing from West Bengal and they were living at the building site in Yelahanka. The two fell when they were trying to fix a trolley used to carry building material to the upper floors.

Yelahanka police have arrested Sheshagiri, site engineer, and Swamy, contractor.
