Vishal is now coming before the audience with the movie Chakra. The film is scheduled for a release on February 19th. Though initially, Vishal thought of releasing the project on OTT platforms. However, he later changed the mind and opted for theatrical release. Now, Chakra is facing release problems.
Madras High Court has issued a stay on the release of Chakra. Tamil producer Ravi approached Madras High Court stating that he has the rights to the story of Chakra.
Madras High Court after hearing the voices of the two groups has finally decided to give a stay on the release.
The further hearing will be on the 18th of this month. Chakra is directed by MS Anandan. It is produced by Vishal Film Factory. Shraddha Srinath and Regina Cassandra have played the female lead roles.
