The Oval is always a good batting track. We knew it was going to be a high-scoring match so we were mentally prepared for that.
Countering David Warner: We didn’t want to give him room as that’s his strength. We just kept it tight and luckily he didn’t get away.
Steve Smith’s dismissal: Just bowled a slow ball and he missed it, that’s all. He shuffles and that’s his strength as well. He scores runs and also gets out in that area. Getting him out was good for us.
