Daang Daang: Another Disappointment from DSP

Rockstar music composer Devi Sri Prasad had delivered several blockbuster music albums and uncountable chart busters in his long spanning career. However, Devi is currently going through lull phase. His songs are not very impressive these days and failing to strike a chord with all. Particularly, the album of Sarileru Neekevvaru is drawing criticism since its first single. Out of the first  four songs, the anthem song is relatively better, whereas other songs failed to appeal.

Even the latest song Daang Daang is no different. Daang Daang is yet another disappointment from DSP. Neither the lyrics of Daang Daang nor the tune is impressive. Lyrics began with ‘Aaj Raat Mere Ghar Me Party Hai…Thu Aaja Na’ and it moves into the beat ‘Daang Daang’. With the fifth song too turned out to be disappointment, a section of fans are worried about the music. Since songs are very crucial to make audience sit in theatres, it needs to be seen how DSP is going to make that magic in theatres.

On the other hand, another section believes that songs like Mind Block will appeal to masses and would connect to masses when it comes in theatres especially with the Lungi dance of Mahesh with Rashmika. So, one has to wait and see whether the songs would really appeal to audience in theatres. As on date, Sarileru Neekevvaru album lacks punch on the whole. Especially when the album of Ala Vaikunthapurrammuloo is rocking, naturally comparisons arise. One has to wait for the final result in theatres.
