Sarabhai VS Sarabhai’s Rajesh Kumar aka Rosesh tests NEGATIVE for coronavirus; says, ‘It taught me to look at the bright side’

Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai actor Rajesh Kumar aka Rosesh Sarabhai had tested positive for coronavirus. He was shooting for his new show, Excuse Me Madam. He was quarantined at home and has now tested negative. He recently took to his Instagram stories and shared a note saying that this period taught him to stay positive. He wrote, “After keeping too much of positive attitude towards COVID finally I am negative…thanks to all of you for keeping me n my family in your prayers..” Rajesh Kumar also spoke about battling against coronavirus in an interview with Spotboye.

He said, “Testing positive for Covid-19 is surely not a good news, but yes I did take the necessary steps and home quarantined myself. I have been following all the medications and direction given by my doctor. My health has improved and everyone has been very supportive, right from my family, friends, colleagues, my current shows makers and the channel. Being a covid warrior has actually taught me to look at the bright side and positive take in life. It has in fact rejuvenated me to be a positive person. All I can urge everyone is to please be safe and take all the precautions as possible to keep you and your family safe.” He had started shooting for Excuse Me Madam just a few days back and was following all the safety measures. The show also stars Divya Drishti actress Nyra Banerjee and Sucheta Khanna. Nyra Banerjee is playing the role of his boss in Excuse Me Madam and Sucheta Khanna plays Rajesh Kumar’s wife in the show.

Earlier, Rajesh Kumar spoke shooting amidst the pandemic. In an interview with Bombay Times, he said, “In the pandemic, we are all trying to take it slow. While I would love to do a variety of roles, for some reason, people assumed that I had moved away from showbiz and focusing only on farming. Yes, I enjoy farming even now, but my passion to act will never cease. I am currently reading scripts and will finalise something soon.”
